Let us help you publicise your work

Description

The Advanced Publicist Service provides you, the author, with some serious marketing.

The Publicist will use their experience and expertise to identify the angles in your book that should be promoted to the media. Following this they will personally put your marketing plan into effect, contacting the media on your behalf and acting as your 24 hour contact for the media. They will also look at identifying organisations and online sources with whom to publicise your book.

The Publicist will draft your press release and send this out to 100 media contacts nationwide. The Press Release will also be sent to the media identified in your marketing meeting. They will then proceed to pitch articles, interviews and reviews on you/your book to this media. Where a journalist requests a press copy of your book, we will organise this to be sent to them at no extra cost to you.

If you’ve never been on the radio, or spoken to a journalist, our Publicist can give you advice on how to do interviews. It’s not as daunting as it seems, in fact it’s a lot of fun. And there’s no better way of publicising your book.

Process Summary

The first thing is to have a meeting with your dedicated Publicist. The aim of the meeting is for them to identify news angles in your book. They will incorporate these angles into the Press Release that they draft for you. It will also help them form a list of local and genre specific media that should be contacted and told about your book.

They will also put together your Email Flyer ahead of your book coming out so that you can send this on to your personal contacts, alerting them to the imminent release of your book.

As your book is published and released, the Publicist will send out your press release to 100 media contacts throughout the UK to newspapers, magazines and radio. They will also have put together a bespoke list of media (print, online, radio and TV) that are relevant specifically to you and your book. Over a two month period they will be contacting these people with a view to organising reviews, interviews and features on your book.

This is highly personalised marketing, if you want to get your book out there and get people reading it, this is for you.
